I hope that everyone finds a recipe that inspires creativity. On my journey of getting to know myself and the foods that work for me and my body, I made the decision to not eat chicken, pork and red meat. On each blog post with protein I will also tell you substitutes that you can make if you do prefer to eat meat. You should customize the recipes to your diet.
